Shayan Italia Private Limited was at the beginning of their startup journey. As each business at this stage, the client needed to validate their concept with minimum investment. Inspired by the client’s innovative idea, UppLabs decided to help. However, a modest budget made it impossible to involve a Backend Developer, PM, and QA Engineer on the project. Therefore, one of our experienced Senior Frontend Developers stepped into a multi-role, combining frontend and backend development with testing and project management functionality.
