The client’s in-house team developed an MVP for their product, quickly attracting over 2 million users. Chingari’s popularity continued to soar, but its architecture struggled to keep up. At some point, when daily users surged to 10 million, the system couldn’t support the load. It led to software failures that negatively impacted the user experience, prompting the company to address the scalability issue.
