Project Overview

AMIQA TECH is an AI-powered hotel management platform built for independent hotels that need a simpler way to manage daily operations. It brings reservations, room availability, pricing, payments, guest activity, and OTA distribution into one centralized system.

The platform is designed to reduce fragmented workflows and give hotel teams a clearer view of their properties, bookings, and revenue-related activity. It also supports direct bookings, helping hotels rely less on third-party channels while keeping availability synchronized across distribution platforms

What We Built

UppLabs worked on the development and expansion of AMIQA’s core property management functionality, covering both operational workflows and external integrations. Our work included reservation and availability management, multi-room bookings, room blocking, direct booking flows, payment processing, and guest-facing booking functionality. We also implemented integrations with external hospitality services and OTA channels, including synchronization through Channex for rates, availability, and reservation updates.
